Matthew began his film career when he was young, making short films with his best friend John. Finding his love for film early allowed him to continue his formal education in filmmaking at Northern Illinois University where he earned a bachelor's degree in media studies and a masters degree in documentary filmmaking. Always a teacher at heart, Matthew decided to pursue a career in education so he could marry his two loves - teaching and filmmaking. Over the past 15 years Matthew has been a film and English teacher at the secondary level as well as a full-time filmmaker. Matthew loves to tell stories and loves to spend time with his wife Krista and their three beautiful daughters Emma, Brynn, and Liv.

Ben is a creative. Always thinking of ways he can share his story with the world. Ben began his career in fine arts as a painter and photographer. Picking up a film camera allow Ben to continue to tell stories that were important to him in a new creative fashion. As a veteran of the United States Navy, Ben has traveled the world and developed an appreciation for individuality. His passion for telling individual stories shines through in his filmmaking. When Ben is not telling stories, he spends his time with his family and friends in Chicago.
Luke Venegas

Luke is a working professional in the Chicago film scene. Formerly a film and television production student at DePaul University in Chicago, but was also a former film student of Matthew’s in high school! Luke has grown into a phenomenal lead shooter on all projects. Luke has won multiple awards for his personal and professional work. He has directed, written, and shot for various short films, documentaries, music videos, news segments and weddings.
